​SATURDAY OPEN DOORS - Now that winter is setting in, we have decided to pause Open Doors until Spring. Thank you to all who have volunteered.​​​

 

 

MINISTRY AREA ADVENT COURSE 2025
A journey with the poetry of RS Thomas

Our first Advent course session was wonderful, with 13 people gathering to read through the poem ‘In Church’ and think about how we observe this season of waiting and preparation. Our next sessions is this Wednesday 3rd at 6pm in St Luke’s Church, Victoria Park, where we will be thinking about the theme of ‘accepting’

CHRISTMAS CARDS - This year we are encouraging people not to give cards out to members of the church, but to instead wish people a happy Christmas through a ‘Christmas Card board’ at the back of church and donate the money they would have spent on cards to charity. From next week, there will be a board at the back of church where you can pin your Christmas greetings, and a box to donate money to Ty Hafan.

FOREIGN COIN CHARITY COLLECTION - There is a tub at the back of church for donating foreign currency coins. The coins will be used to raise money for Mary’s Meals - more information available at the back of church on their wonderful work.
